車禍事故判定

當初機車與機車發生車禍事故
我甲方為直行
他乙方為轉彎

初判表出來
我方未注意前方車輛 (上)
對方尚未發現肇事原因 (下)

我有注意前方阿
是對方打方向燈之後就轉彎

我閃避不及閃了一半沒直接撞擊但有A到 我又撞到路邊電線桿

後續如何處理!?
我只要求對方保險公司賠償，並無要求他人賠償，因為我也知道辛苦錢難賺
我修車修了2萬多
對方幾千塊而已 並無大礙 .......

判定有點無言 好像我自己恍神騎車不注意一樣 我明明就看到他慢慢騎在路邊 忽然打方向燈就轉彎了

根據初判表上面顯示，本單非保險公司參考，需要申請付費鑑定。
