小妹之前面試緯創，面試主管有提到大致ok，但因為我沒有太多相關背景，需要再詢問一下主管。今天打電話詢問狀況是說需要headcount申請，要我再等幾天。聽起來對方也很忙還沒跟主管提的樣子... 想請問＂通常＂headcount申請時，會遇到什麼困難嗎？除了部門沒預算之外，主管也會對新進人員挑剔嗎？另外通常這類作業需要幾天呢？我想要轉換目前在做的模式，所以還蠻想要這份工作的... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 116.59.234.77
