各位前輩大家好！魯蛇小弟我為私立科大學士畢業，退伍後於一間設備商任職，到目前已快三年了，現任公司薪資為29K底薪+一些加給=34K，工作性質不需輪班，加班無加班費，偶而需前往客戶端協助處理機台問題。有鑒於朋友們的薪水都比我高因此興起想換工作的念頭。公司本身是在生產關於黃光製程的設備，小弟熟悉的機台有Track、Aligner及Develop ，除了具備維修機台的能力之外還懂得製程驗證相關的技術，目前有興趣投遞應徵履歷的公司有頎邦科技及光磊科技，相較之下兩間公司都需要輪班(不排斥輪班)，請問版上前輩們對於這兩間公司的評價如何？希望各位可以提供一些意見供小弟參考，謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.138.143
