請問警察什麼情況下有權利搜身

之前從酒店出來喝完酒

莫名其妙的被警察攔檢

也看了證件也沒有前科

也沒有做什麼

他有權力蒐我身嗎還要求我脫褲子之類的

說不配合就回去協助調查我可以拒絕嗎

私人物品皮包包包一定要打開給他看嗎

感覺問題不配合又在那邊說一堆有的沒有的

這時我們可以怎麼拒絕他

想知道一些保障人民應該有的權利
