公司 旺矽 華創車電 地點 竹北 新店 產業 probe card 納智捷設計研發 職務 品保工程師 管理師(底盤部) 交通 機車20分內 捷運加步行 住所 宿舍(公司部分負擔) 租屋 工時 聽說五六點下班(少加班) 聽說五六點下班(少加班) 福利 保障14個月+季獎金+分紅 保障16個月+分紅 包三餐、旅遊補助、宿舍分擔30% 加班有補休 薪水 40k 40k 加班費 無 無加班費但可報補休 小弟家住台南，有幸上了這兩間公司，目前主要想學經驗， 新竹和台北的物價差不多，但在新店租屋較貴 旺矽有補助租屋，薪資上感覺差不多，但華創保障16個月年薪， 但聽說旺矽福利不錯且CP值高，如果考慮未來發展性的話，請教各位神人該如何做選擇?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.141.174 ※ 編輯: junjohn 來自: 219.85.141.174 (07/09 15:22)
