國一五楊高架路段 因颱風封閉

氣象局預估蘇力颱風平均風速十到十二級，瞬間陣風將達到十一到十五級，為確保行車安全，高公局傍晚宣布今晚十一點，將「預警性」封閉國道一號五楊高架路段。高公局「北工處」處長許鉦漳指出，這是國道史上第一次遇到颱風封閉，請用路人配合改走國一平面道路。他說：

高公局表示，行駛高速公路碰上強風或大雨等特殊狀況，導致能見度降低，時速應該低於四十公里或暫停在路肩，也應該增加行車安全距離，並保持隨時可以停住車的距離。
