【過失傷害罪】問題

6/3號小弟騎大型重機在路上被逆向行駛的輕型機車擊落....

小弟是右膝蓋骨折，全身多處擦傷

對方是腳拇趾擦傷

我如果跟對方提出過失傷害罪起訴

對方是不是也可以對我提出過失傷害?

另外.....如果我要提出民事賠償

勢必就要開民事訴訟庭......這樣費用大概要多少???
