標題[心得] X成的製造儲備幹部面試心得

最近面試了一家科技公司在網路上投履歷是寫製造儲備幹部去到現在才知道被分類為CNC儲備幹部考完試之後等了40分鐘只因主管在開會--不爽點1 兩位面試長官在一開始面試時在我面前聊天大概5分鐘---不爽點2 討論他們自家公司的績效獎金一位面試官問我問題一直強調公司很常加班另一位則是一直在滑手機---不爽點3 根本就不尊重面試的人當然我也不會想去這家公司上班有經驗 32K 無經驗26K 有加班費 1個人要負責2X機台管理4-5位OP 通常都要加班到晚上八點半 1-6 3個月輪班一次當然這家公司在板上是被虛暴的去了面試才知道這家真的是血汗且傲慢 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.84.183.150
