【美股開盤】QE有靈活性 漲

（中央社台北2013年7月17日電）美國股市開高，標準普爾500指數甩開昨天連8紅中斷的頹勢，美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）主席柏南奇（Ben S. Bernanke）在稍早出爐的證詞中表示，購債步調不在預設路徑上。

台北時間晚間9時30分，道瓊工業指數漲28.34點或0.18%，報15480.19點；那斯達克綜合指數漲9.16點或0.25%，報3607.66點；標準普爾500指數漲1.65點或0.10%，報1677.91點；費城半導體指數漲0.03點或0.01%，報491.09點。

羅素投資集團（Russell Investments）駐紐約首席市場策略師伍德（Stephen Wood）透過電話向彭博社表示：「市場所回應的事實是，聯準會不會創造量化寬鬆（QE）計畫將何時和怎麼退場的武斷定義。聯準會將因應數據行事，他們想維持政策的靈活性。」（譯者：中央社尹俊傑）
