陳以人被請回 軍檢：持續調查

（中央社記者邱俊欽桃園18日電）軍檢偵辦洪仲丘案，今天傳喚542旅旅部連士官長陳以人，訊後請回。最高軍檢署檢察長曹金生晚間表示，未來仍會持續調查。

陳以人上午近9時前往應訊；傍晚請回後，搭乘部隊車輛離開。陳以人律師受訪表示，陳以人是以證人身分出庭。

曹金生晚間7時表示，洪仲丘案仍會持續調查，不管層級有多高，軍檢一定辦到底。

對於陳以人被請回，曹金生說，未來軍檢仍會持續調查。

至於洪仲丘案相關案情，曹金生低調表示，沒辦法說。他說，目前還有1人接受調查，人員身分他無法透露。1020718
