關於 大陸 與 台灣 同樣名稱的 版權問題 請達人回答

各位大大好～

小女子有事想請教達人

因為小女子本身在 2006年 有申請一個留言版

留言版的名字 (例如名字：夢色的彩虹橋)

在2006年已經取好了~ 

 那時許多網站都用 小花仙的春天 搜尋的到 我的留言版

直到至今都從未更改過~

但是最近 大陸那裡的APP手機遊戲也叫 梦色的彩虹桥

這時牠那遊戲出來的時候 我的留言版反而就開始搜尋不到了~

我很緊張，怎麼會變成這樣~

因為那時 2006年我還是個 國小生~

而現在 突然撞名的名字出現在大陸那裡

－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－

我該怎麼做 才能守住我原本的名稱？

有任何方法嗎？

如果申請著作權或是版權，需要些什麼？要金費嗎？

或是大大們有更好的辦法教我如何處裡這件事情？
