調查有誤 透明組織再致歉

（中央社記者蔡和穎台北20日電）外交部今天表示，國際透明組織針對「2013全球貪腐趨勢指數」民意報告，再度向台灣表達歉意。

外交部晚間發布新聞稿表示，國際透明組織（Transparency International）為「2013全球貪腐趨勢指數」報告中有關台灣部分的執行調查機構有誤，向駐德國台北代表處，再度表達歉意。

外交部說，國際透明組織表示負責調查的「北京世研」（CASS Research Center, CRC）公司將調查工作再轉包另家中國大陸「聚思信息諮詢有限公司」集思吧（Jisibar）市調網站，以網路民調方式辦理。

外交部表示，將持續要求國際透明組織就委託的「聚思信息諮詢有限公司」集思吧市調網站是否具公信力、可信度及專業能力、取樣電子郵件信箱名單來源、如何確認受訪者為我國籍人士以及調查報告內容前後矛盾等部分，進一步公開說明。1020720
