請問這可能是詐騙嗎?

認識的人(不深交).因為事情很長.所以帶過.是雙方合夥做生意做生是不成改成雙方借貸

結果:他給我250萬現金收據根本票他會準備好.到時讓我簽名就好.
我想問:如果現金我當下簽借據給他OK的.堅持1筆借款一張借據.跟現金清點就好
如果支票我就不能馬上在借據上簽名要等錢真得到了才能在借據上簽名.

請問各位大大這樣我會被騙嗎?或是我有捨麼觀念錯誤的或是沒注意到的.有沒有其他可能借據簽給他錢又不見.
