離職要多久前提出? (急)

到職日含這個月到7/31 共上班96天 (這96天大概有6天是上半天)
算時薪制沒有符合勞基法一天上11或12小時
也沒有勞健保

想請問要做到這個月底

要多久前提出

7/22就要提出
還是可以7/25再提出

如老闆要扣錢
我可以提出抗議嗎
