請問一下

1.司法機關搜索立法院提供立法委員住宿之會館,
事先知會立法院長,
主要涉及憲法「權力分立」原則之保障

2.立法院曾制定「三一九槍擊事件真相調查特別委員會條例」,
但經大法官宣告違憲,
主要理論依據違「權力分立」原則

意思是說~他們沒有權利管那方面的事物嗎???

上面2段重點是什麼
