事情經過如下:
本人跟一家出版社接洽並簽妥出版合約,在書籍已經出版之後的某一天到工商登記網站查詢該出版社統一編號,竟然發現該出版社已經在簽約的前二個月之久就解散了。
有人告訴我在出版社解散的情形下簽的合約是無效的,而目前我想申請此份合約無效,但是不清楚整個流程該怎麼申請

1.跟法院「申請合約無效」(是這個名稱嗎?) 的流程是怎麼樣呢?要直接到法院去? 還是下載什麼狀紙表格填寫後函寄申請即可?
2.因為該出版社登記的住址目前已經非出版社所有，在沒有出版社住址資料的情形下還可以申請嗎?
3.申請的相關費用大約是多少呢?
