請問一下
我目前在大陸合資一間公司
公司都已申請好了,但其中一位投資人事後後悔不願拿出資金
因此資金不足,無法在壹年內完成資金到位手續,公司將被迫關廠
請問在這種情況下我們可以告他,並要求賠償我們其他投資人的所有損失嗎 ?
