張通榮關說案判刑 監委擬再提彈劾

基隆市長張通榮涉嫌關說、縱放酒駕婦女，被判刑1年8月，緩刑5年。監委楊美鈴、程仁宏日前曾提案彈劾未過關，程仁宏26日受訪表示，他將持續依照事實證據，追究行政違失。

媒體報導，一名疑有喝酒的廖婦去年9月14日併排停車與警員起口角，出手揮傷警員，被上銬帶回所內，而張通榮涉嫌關說，被以涉嫌妨害公務、縱放人犯，遭基隆地檢署提起公訴。

基隆地院26日宣判，張通榮依教唆公務員縱放罪，判刑1年8個月緩刑5年，需支付公庫200萬元與200小時公共服務，全案仍可上訴。

程仁宏受訪指出，目前依既定程序處理中，不受法院宣判影響，監委仍繼續依照事實證據，追究張通榮的行政違失，也相信後續參與審查會的委員，審查時應該會將地院宣判結果納入斟酌。
