陸軍542旅義務役洪仲丘枉死軍中，包括最高軍事檢察署和桃園地檢署，分別就案情的部分進行調查。洪仲丘的死究竟幕後原因為何，愈來愈多的人出面爆料。包括洪仲丘的同袍劉烜揚、國民黨立委呂玉玲助理江振邦(X先生)等，最近又出現一名自稱與洪仲丘同期的禁閉生「C先生」，上節目爆料當時情況。只是他才上節目同時，軍檢就立刻打電話來，通知他周日到軍高檢報到。

他已經退伍了，不是軍人身分，可以不理軍高檢吧?如果不去的話，會派人來抓他嗎?
