金融部門M&A交易規模縮水至逾10年新低

今(2013)年迄今，金融部門併購(M&A)交易價值比逾10年來低點的1330億美元還要低，顯示銀行業者持續感到焦慮且由於監管單位要求建立資本的緣故，資源因此受限。

根據Thomson Reuters提供的數據資料顯示，今年金融部門M&A整體交易情形創下2002年來最慢紀錄。

銀行M&A自去(2012)年以來減少58%，保險M&A則微幅增加4%。

即便本周PacWest Bancorp(PACW-US)以23億美元收購商業銀行Capitalsource Inc.(CSE-US)，金融部門今年迄今的M&A交易價值仍比去年低了25%。

Thomson Reuters在本周稍早亦公布數據資料指出，今年上半年全球M&A活動費用較1年前減少16%至83億美元。
