中國的經濟大問題現正一一浮現,亟待解決,但是很難解決!

1.為了撐起"虛胖"的 GDP 成長,過度投資!

到處可見"蚊子建設","鬼城鎮","鬼購物中心","鬼....".

2.地方政府負債,高得嚇死人!

根據官方數據,規模達人民幣 10.7 兆!

根據渣打銀行,惠譽信評及瑞士信貸預估,

中國地方政府父債介於國內 GDP 總值的 15% - 36%之間,

或依世界銀行預估高達 3 兆美元!

3.過去大舉流入中國的外資,開始有計劃地撤出!

在缺乏外資加持的情況下,中國經濟發展將大受影響!

中國新的領導階層正在設法使"衝得太高,幾乎失控"的中國經濟
