請問一下夫妻間盜刷信用卡~~

1.夫妻間信用卡盜刷(金額6萬多)又惡意離家拋夫棄子提出離婚申請,而故意留下欠債又無誠意協商還款一般判刑案例都是什麼??

2.還有後續債權人賠償還款問題,另外可另外提出因為期間訴訟額外的精神賠償及工作請假上薪水的損失嗎

3.訴訟期間會拖多久,要出庭幾次多久會對被告提出傳票

4.現在已經向信用卡公司停卡,接下來是要去警局報案就好了(因為這屬於公訴罪),還是還要自行去法院提出訴訟, 還是請信用卡公司處理自行討回欠債
