收到法院支付命令

各位大大
請問收到ㄌ法院ㄉ支付命令

是我跟私人公司訂購ㄉ書籍
因當初知識不足
無法辦理退貨
所以只繳ㄌ一期頭期款
後來就沒再付ㄌ
但現在卻收到對發方請法院寄來ㄉ支付命令
我已有去法院辦理提出異議
如果不打算繳費或不再理會
想請問這樣會卡到官司嗎?
還是會被法院凍結財產?
