各位前輩您好:
我的老公是台灣人，小時候移民至加拿大，所以具有台灣及加拿大身分，最近我們在台灣結婚，且在戶政辦理結婚登記，現在我們皆在台灣工作，所以他在加拿大申請為非稅務居民，有下列問題想請教
1.我們在台灣登記了，加拿大部分也須登記嗎?
2.聽說因為現在他是非稅務居民，所以我們必須在加拿大住上幾年，才可以結婚登記?
3.在加拿大登記須如何登記，以及應具備什麼條件及文件?
4.在加拿大登記一定須至加拿大才可登記嗎，台灣是否有代辦登記?
