1:遊覽車駕駛因受到「汽車運輸業管理規則」第二章「客運營業」第三節「遊覽車客運業」第八十六條第二款及第三款規定,故需要以下條件才能駕駛遊覽車
1. 持有大客車職業駕駛執照
2. 駕駛經歷:
（一）甲類大客車：應具有駕駛大客車三年以上經歷。
（二）乙類以下大客車：應具備受僱於公路或市區汽車客運業者一年以上之經歷。
3. 遊覽車客運業駕駛人登記證 (由客運業聘請後向公路主管機關申請登記審核合格後核發)
（一）甲類大客車：領有駕駛大客車三年以上駕照。
（二）乙類以下大客車：領有駕駛大客車一年以上駕照。
