我有房客搬離前未繳清水電瓦斯的費用跟我說結算後扣除壓金不夠的會再匯款給我
我將所有費用扣除還要再補給我5000元我有通知房客它說會匯給我可是過了一個月沒動靜甚至不接電話有逃避意思
請問我該如何做可以用刑法的詐欺罪告他嗎還是用什麼樣的法律動作來處理?

無論有咩罪,你首先要有證據證明他有講過以上說話,唔係咩都無用。
