標題[請益] 設備轉製程

各位前輩們好 小弟在目前第一份工作是GG黃光設備 從進來三個月後換了新的副理 整體環境和要求也不同以往 最近leader也都換了 我在六個月左右才得知我試用期可能簽過了 應該是表現和態度都不到老闆期待而至 最近老闆又找我談 內容是覺得我在學習成長曲線上太慢 感覺起來熱情不足夠 雖然課內要開始安排我training 但老闆和部經也談過 覺得是浪費時間 希望我轉去製程 請問各位對於這樣的情況有沒有甚麼經驗或是看法? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.70.160.204
