1.沒有意義

(只有支票那兩條線才有意義)

2..以年計息且不可能年月同息

月6000....年72萬

年6月月5000

不過上面約定6000...共72000.. 等於年利率24%

超過法定年利息20%上限應該不會被承認

3.4.理論上為單利除非還有特別約定

至於價值若以本票價值就只有三十萬利息是另外計算

且這張本票到期日至今已經超過3年

依票據法22條第一項請求時效已失效

就算板大提出本票裁定對方兩位劉先生小姐可依此條使該本票無法請求

板大未來仍需要透過民事訴訟要回該款項

就看是不當得利或債務不履行 (有其他證據輔助)

等待勝訴後再來向國稅局申請對方財產清單

然後再針對標的聲請強制執行
