經部：即起恢復台菲經濟交流

（中央社記者黃巧雯台北9日電）外交部已宣布，8日起取消對菲國11項制裁措施，經濟部今天表示，為配合儘速修補雙邊經貿合作關係，即日起恢復推動與菲國經濟交流、推廣及招商等相關活動。

經濟部國際貿易局局長張俊福指出，這次恢復台菲相關經貿交流活動將包括舉行第19屆台菲經濟合作會議、恢復台菲間經貿高層互訪、設立駐菲律賓台貿中心、舉行台菲經濟合作協議（ECA）可行性研究發表會、洽邀菲國買主來台採購、視訊洽談採購，並歡迎菲國來台舉辦投資說明會等各項活動。

張俊福表示，未來將儘速運用各種拓銷資源，協助國內出口廠商密集拓銷菲律賓市場，以補強過去3個月來擱置的拓銷空窗期。

另外，經濟部指出，由於今年初已將菲律賓列為今年度重點拓銷市場，未來將協助業者加強拓銷，包括籌組拓銷團、參展團，並將透過「優質平價新興市場推動方案」進行消費需求深度調查供各界參考，以及透過中國輸出入銀行提供信用狀輸出保險優惠等。1020809
