六月紐約置房產 賺美國人錢

六月和老公李易最近忙於賣屋、買屋、搬家，她先賣掉汐止和北京兩間共3000多萬的房，花1800萬買下紐約10坪大的套房，她說，套房每月可收租９萬台幣，汐止60坪的房子租金只有３萬，怎麼算都划算，「我要賺美國人的錢啦！」

她年初去紐約遊學，直接置產當包租婆，她在汐止有一大一小的房子，日前搬回剛整修好的30坪房子，把60坪的賣掉，５年前在北京買的房子也已翻倍價格賣出，每月少了６萬的房貸，壓力減輕不小。

她遊學回來後想法改變很多，最近和李易報名英語補習班，繼續加強英文，並且積極健身、瘦身，目標是像舞蹈老師Kimiko的好身材，明年計畫生小孩。
