服役中脛骨骨折開刀

各位學長好
我是今年6/26入伍，在2012/4月車禍右脛骨腓骨骨折，

開刀後右脛骨有內固定器，

在服役期間 沒有辦法久站、完全無法跑步、快走、慢走過久、跳以即搬重物，

爾後再10月份預計要開刀取出內固定器，

1.請問開刀的申辦假的流程，以及會不會扣假?

2.請問是否能夠申請轉服替代役?

3.請問長官會不會叫你去申辦停役?

4.請問如果申請停役後，可以申請的過改判體位ㄇ?

5.請問如果申請不過的話，是否要回役?

6.是否要服役滿120天才可完全停役?
