車禍已提告，如何從警方那裡取得監視器畫面？

發生車禍已經提告，有請警方調監視器畫面，有好幾支的畫面因為有細節要深究，所以希望能有檔案、畫面可以重覆搜尋。

當初警方是說可以在警局看，但無法給我們。現在已經提告了，畫面算是證物，那有無方法可以申請到呢？總不能叫我一想到就泡在警局一段時間吧！而且員警老是不在。

這個真的很重要，請知道的幫忙告知一下，感激不盡！
