蔡女仍不配合 李聖傑告詐欺

李聖傑與蔡昕璇未婚生子疑雲持續延燒，李聖傑前天下「最後通牒」，要求蔡女表態是否願意配合檢驗小孩DNA。昨期限一到，蔡女一樣以「小孩身體不適合」為由拒絕，讓李聖傑決定雙管齊下，提出民事與刑事訴訟。

除了先前已向民事遞交「確認親子關係不存在」之訴，因李聖傑提出蔡女向他索取1200萬「封口費」相關證據，李聖傑的律師確定將向刑事遞交「妨礙名譽」與「詐欺」之訴，屆時可由法院強制執行檢驗蔡女之子的DNA。至於提告「恐嚇取財未遂」與求償金的部分？律師表示，將等DNA檢驗報告出來後再決定。

從李聖傑公開表態要驗DNA後，蔡女就龜縮至今，並悄悄另尋律師，拒絕透露新律師的連絡方式，手機、簡訊皆不接不回，與先前指控李聖傑「負心絕對」的態度截然不同。
