租屋問題 車位糾紛

目前在外租屋，最近遇到一個惱人的情況

我們的一樓是一個停車場(大概可以停8輛機車)共八戶
但最近有一間房客每天都多停了一輛車(已持續將近2個月)
雖然已告知房東，但房東說合約上沒有寫只能停一輛車(但在每戶合約上都有寫上車牌號碼)，
所以就算房東打了電話跟他說過兩次了 但他還是不牽出去

想請問各位大大，發生這種事該如何解決??報警有用嗎?
