標題[請益] 碩士第一份工作驗證以後有機會跳RD嗎?

小弟是研究所畢業其實在找工作期間面試的機會不少但是想去的都被發感謝函.. 到最後有三間可以選一間大公司做硬體驗證一間小公司做硬體AE (全公司約35人) 一間小公司做硬體RD (全公司約60人) 長輩都說小公司的保障可能不好穩定度也比較差加上大公司的名聲和工時正常所以最後選擇去大公司進去慢慢學才發現原來這邊測試掛的是QA 不是跟RD掛同組也是我面試沒問清楚啦... 來這邊有一段時間了大概也了解工作內容的確沒有像AE或RD那麼有挑戰性不過工時正常氣氛好真的很誘人... 但是想說還年輕還衝衝看所以有點煩惱對未來的發展有點疑惑想問版上前輩要繼續做驗證約半年~1年再跳還是就早點走了? 也是怕定型跳不去AE或RD.... 還是我想太多XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.129.71 ※ 編輯: hbk3308 來自: 118.160.129.71 (08/21 13:25) ※ 編輯: hbk3308 來自: 118.160.129.71 (08/21 13:26)
