蔡昌達控誣告 陳啟祥獲不起訴

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄21日電）地勇公司負責人陳啟祥被高雄市議會副議長蔡昌達控告涉嫌誣告案，雄檢偵結，認定罪證不足，陳啟祥獲不起訴。

蔡昌達不滿被指涉及地勇案，去年9月間由律師陪同到高雄地檢署控告陳啟祥涉嫌誣告。蔡昌達說，地勇長期在高雄製造汙染是事實，他接獲廠商和里長檢舉後在議會提出質詢，是單純為民服務，卻被陳啟祥在特偵組應訊時，指他是「藉勢脅迫」打壓地勇。

雄檢承辦檢察官調查，陳啟祥於特偵組應訊時，因應檢察官訊問才說明，沒有告發蔡昌達及讓他受刑事處分的意思。特偵組已依蔡昌達介入爐渣利益，依藉勢藉端勒索財物未遂罪起訴。

檢方偵結，蔡昌達控告陳啟祥誣告、偽證案，查無陳啟祥涉案證據，認定罪證不足不起訴。1020821
