范佐憲：密切通聯談的是勤務

（中央社記者邱俊欽、王朝鈺桃園23日電）陸軍上士范佐憲被查出在下士洪仲丘死亡後，與部隊弟兄有密切通聯，范佐憲今天說，大家為聯絡勤務網內互打。

台灣高等法院撤銷洪仲丘案中被告范佐憲等3人原獲交保裁定，發交桃園地方法院更裁，桃園地院今天上午9時20分重開羈押庭。

范佐憲被審判長鄭吉雄問到，當初洪仲丘到禁閉室時，是否有特別交代「要好好照顧洪仲丘」，范佐憲回應「沒有」。

范佐憲說，他在6月27日休假，在開完士官評議會後，並不清楚連上要將洪仲丘送禁閉室。

審判長問范佐憲，7月3日到15日間為何與前連長徐信正等部隊弟兄有數十通通聯紀錄。范佐憲表示，連上的人都有某家電信公司網內互打服務，因為其中有人是連上值星，所以用電話聯絡相關勤務。1020823
