李宗瑞性愛照外流案 傳喚5警

台北地檢署偵辦富少李宗瑞淫照外流案，22日以證人身分傳喚前台北市刑大偵五隊副隊長林宏銘、承辦警員陳宥任等5名警員到案，據了解，5人均強調淫照沒有拿給外人看，否認淫照外流與警方有關，檢方訊後請回。

去年爆發富少李宗瑞涉嫌迷姦、偷拍淫照案後，網路一度流傳從電腦螢幕翻拍李宗瑞性愛淫照，由於拍攝地點疑為公部門辦公室，外界懷疑是承辦的台北市刑大流出，北檢主動分案偵辦。

檢方逐一清查北檢、台北市刑大的各個辦公室，追查是否由公部門流出，也陸續傳喚市刑大多名員警查證。

檢方昨天傳喚當時承辦李宗瑞案的市刑大偵五隊副隊長林宏銘、員警陳宥任、1名承辦女警及資訊室人員共5人，了解當初偵辦李宗瑞案時，如何保管查扣證物及流程。
