暫時會有用的,但是最好內心有正念才是長久之計!

內心要有正念當然不是忽然就有的,正念為問題的根本.

面對接受你所即將發生的事情內心要定!

拿掉你內心的貪`嗔`癡 ......

你若是有這些內在的問題, 建議你要有信念!

如果可以你從心經開始理解,之後可以練習去解讀金剛經.

我自己覺得改變很多之前的觀念,目前也上在學習中.
