美抵押貸款申請 逾兩年新低

（中央社台北2013年8月28日電）美國上週抵押貸款申請件數下滑到2011年2月以來最低水準，利率調升導致房屋再融資再度下降。

美國抵押貸款銀行家協會（MBA）今天表示，其指數在23日為止當週減少2.5%，為過去11週以來第10次滑降。再融資指數降低5.4%，連續第11週走低。購屋指數則上升2.4%。

上週30年期固定抵押貸款平均利率從前1週的4.68%增加至4.80%，創2011年4月之後最高。15年期抵押貸款平均利率由3.71%攀升至3.84%。

今天的報告顯示，上週尋求再融資申請比例從前1週的61.5%降至60.1%，寫下2011年4月以來最低點。（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）
