想製作一種麵食~~是一種這鍋子裡先製作些許ㄉ湯汁 再放如油麵翻炒吸收湯汁

讓麵吃起來滑嫩爽口 不知道那算不算是炒麵 國中生想轉餐飲科 先想從自己喜歡ㄉ

麵類開始研究 會需要用到油嗎 還是那種只要水調味就好?

還請各位能教教流程 希望以後能做出好吃ㄉ麵類
