標題[請問] 停班停課但仍到班算加班嗎？

昨天南部下午停班公司宣布要不要繼續上班自己決定要回家不扣薪但留下來也不計薪這樣是合理的嗎？ google爬文有人說因為颱風假不是法定假所以本來就不計薪當然也沒加班費但也有人說勞基法並沒有明文規定停班停課這件事請問哪一種才是對的呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.244.85.151
