前陣子女友過生日說想吃燒肉因為之前我們吃過石頭感覺還ok 想嘗試別的。去吃時從一開始店員幫我們帶位到我們坐下來,店員臉色始終沒好過我知道服務業辛苦但員工服務態度實在相當差勁,點食物時我們跟服務的人道謝，但換來的樣子仍舊像我們欠錢吃飯一樣。後來我們發現大概七八桌的客人只有兩人負責接單、送單、收桌、清潔。難過服務品質降低。姑且不論到底好不好吃，但這樣的店家服務品質實在讓人不敢恭維不知道我是否誤會店家了，請問大家有不同看法嗎? -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.78.80.180
