巧克力成分中的"植物油"是哪種油呢?

我知道巧克力是由
可可粉+可可膏+可可脂+砂糖+乳化劑等製成的

但是其中的"可可脂"這一項在成分表中常被寫成"植物油"

它指的是棕櫚油還是椰子油還是可可脂呢?

為什麼成分標示總是用"植物油"來籠統帶過呢??

難道不加可可脂也可以做巧克力嗎?(比如說完全用棕櫚油代替之類的)
