我是男生
中秋節前夕受一群女生邀約去吃烤肉
但是我對生火等等跟烤肉有關都一竅不通
因為我過去幾乎未曾有自己完成烤肉所有過程的經驗
我只會放上去烤跟塗醬………也不知道要烤多久
我不要到時候就只會做這些事情
這樣跟去白吃白喝有什麼差別!
更何況我是男生!
而且有些女生我還沒有很熟………
請好心人教教我怎麼烤肉!
還有跟女生一起烤肉該注意什麼事情

烤肉食材最好到傳統市場購買
醃肉醬油要蓋過肉片才行要加點蔥蒜調味醃製
注意木炭的夥不要太大
