漏水的原因有很多種
其最常見的要因是結構管路

樓下漏水.往往第一個想到的是樓上
這個觀念不完全正確

若以抓漏師父說的.哪裡漏水就打哪裡
水如果是從幾公尺外的地方滲過來的
那你不就要整間屋子都打掉??

漏水不完全是結構體泥作的問題
就如我所講的管路
假如管路問題抓漏的也未必找的到癥結

說要拆了才知道了抓漏師父是你自己請來的嗎?
還是樓下請來的?
既然他看不出所以然那就換請水電的來試試看吧
