因為我是工讀生 我有查勞保明細 在職期間都是以薪資11100投保

101年度所得為120000
這樣子勞保的部分有沒有違法
薪資在每個月的1日都會扣一個200元勞保費 這合理嗎?

可以要求公司把加班費的部分加入薪資提撥6%當作賠償?

還有遣散費的部分
因為退伍後回公司做不到半年,就被資遣,平均薪資的部分要怎麼算呢?
調解單上要寫個數目,不知道要寫多少

我前幾天向公司的人事申請出勤記錄,薪資記錄,公司說不能給
那我只有自己記錄的工時表 薪資記錄
自己記錄的工時 與 薪資 在調解的時候拿出來有參考價值嘛?
調解的時候可以請求公司開非自願性離職的證明,讓我申請失業給付嘛?

還有什麼 可以向雇主請求賠償的地方嗎?
