如題,不知有人聽過這家在竹北的這家代理商嗎? 是代理一些半導體.封裝業耗材的公司,聽說在封裝界的設備耗材算小有名氣? 昨天去面試,蠻敢開的,底薪至少就40K,保障14 其他季獎金.補助津貼,最基本一年都有700~800K 如果未來做穩了上看900K up也不是問題目前我是有三年面板廠經驗,但對方似乎也不是很看重背景和經歷當然經歷跟學歷越好底薪會開越高,對方一直強調是要天天往客戶家跑維持關係不知道有沒有板友有面試或待過,或是在業界有聽過這家的要轉換到小公司難免有些怕怕... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.145.216
