民間版中國褐皮書 經濟擴張減緩

紐約研究機構公布民間版「中國褐皮書」季度報告顯示，中國製造業與運輸業成長疲弱，本季經濟擴張減緩，恰與中國官方公布數據的加速擴張相左。知名基金經理人查諾斯繼續押空中國銀行類股，稱5年內恐爆發「信用事件」。

紐約中國褐皮書國際（CBB International）總裁米勒與研究調查部主任查尼指出，這些結果顯示「中國經濟重新強烈擴張的看法存在嚴重缺陷」。該調查顯示，47%中國製造業者回報營收增加，較第二季調查減少6個百分點；含貨運在內運輸業，51%受訪者表示營收成長，較第二季大減18個百分點。

末日博士魯比尼評估中國目前經濟年增僅4%，大幅低於官方今年目標7.5%，理由是須按信貸調整統計數據，而台灣出口年增3.6%、低於預期，也反映中國需求疲弱。
