【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】日本二大車廠宣布規模達9億美元的擴產投資計畫，顯示日本首相安倍晉三的振興經濟與產業方案得到初步成效，但美中不足的是，馬自達與本田汽車計畫興建的新組裝廠與準備擴產的工廠都不在日本國內，而是遠在2000英哩外的泰國。

根據日本外貿組織的資料，今年前六月，日本企業資本支出較去年同期減少4%，同一期間日本在亞洲的投資則大幅增加22%。匯豐經濟學家表示，日本的製造業投資仍在萎縮，因為企業都到海外投資。

政府擴大支出與日圓走貶都無法阻止投資外流，日本製造業並不留戀人口減少、成本居高不下與重重法規障礙的日本，他們對亞洲快速成長、較年輕的經濟體仍是情有獨鐘。何況日圓貶值削弱日廠購買力，只會鼓勵他們加速海外投資。
